A 9 Minute PR....what???

I had hoped to post my race report for the WIN for KC Sprint Triathlon today, but I just haven't had time and I'm leaving for vacation in the morning, so the full report will have to wait.

But, I am super excited to say that I finished 9 minutes and 8 seconds faster this year than I did last year.  I cut time off my swim, bike and run!!  Improvement in all three areas feels pretty great.
