A Video Blog Dedicated to My Soon to be Ironman Friend (Coy)

My great friend Coy of First In Philly fame will be competing in her first full Ironman this weekend.  So I put this short video together for her!  The quality is terrible and if I had a clue how to edit it, it might have been a little better...but it's the thought that counts.  Trying to do a video in one take is not easy.
