Lunch green salad with veggies and usually avocado with olive oil and vinegar and some kind of protein. Dinners have been chicken, steak or some form of protein with veggies. I did eggplant mini "pizzas" the other day which was just baked eggplant topped with marina, some chicken sausage and cheese. I know you're not doing Paleo, but since it's similar I can relate. I was just telling a friend today how happy I am with the amount of weight I've lost and how the way I'm eating now is sustainable, compared with how I was dieting before my wedding (thinnest I've been since starting high school), which wasn't sustainable. My guess is this month is going to lead to some permanent diet adjustments for you.
